Really love the module. Sadly I sold my 2012 CLS550 and did not read the fine print that it would not work on a. different car. That is completely my fault. Now I have a 2014 CLS550 and hoping I can pay shipping to have it reprogrammed. It is the best device out there if you want to lower your Mercedes and get it exactly how you like it. Hope I pay can for reprogramming.

frequent questions and answers:
The module is easy to use. You need to insert the module into the OBD2 diagnostic port and select the desired height. Additionally, you don’t need to install or configure anything.
You can lower the suspension up to 40mm and it’s safe for the ride and the suspension. If lower, it’s only for photos or short rides. We also recommend doing wheel alignment after lowering, if you ride below 35mm the tires will wear out faster without alignment.
In custom mode you can select any height in front and rear separately. 1 step is 1mm, min 70mm lower, max 40mm higher from factory. For example, you can select minus 29mm front and minus 27mm rear.
The suspension will work as usual, but additionally lowered by the module. For example, as before, the suspension will become lower if you switch from Comfort to Sport+ mode (-15mm). If you lower the car by -30mm with the module, total lowering will be -45mm from factory Comfort mode. The same way "raise" button works.
There is no need to keep the module plugged in all the time. You need to plug it in when you want to change the height or return to the factory height. Afterwards, disconnect the module.

INSTRUCTION:
to read
1) start engine, close doors and turn on the radio
2) plug in the module to OBD2 diagnostic port and menu 1/2 appears on the screen
There are 3 basic modes: – “factory” – the car will rise to the factory height – “low” – factory minus 32mm in front and rear – “custom” – factory minus the value that you select in the menu 2/2 (min -70mm, max +40mm, 1 step = 1 mm, front and rear separately)
3) spin a control knob under trackpad left / right to switch between modes in menu 1/2 To install “low” mode change “sel” to “low” and press the knob for confirmation Important: don’t plug out the module from the OBD2 port until you receive “OK” message on the screen 3a) if you want to make your own height: – tilt the knob up/down to switch to menu 2/2 “Edit custom mode” and press it – spin the knob to choose the height and press it for confirmation – in menu 1/2 change “sel” to “custom” and confirm choice
4) plug out the module
We recommend making a wheel alignment after lowering to avoid increased tire wear, especially if you are going to drive below -40mm.
