At MWMods, we ship orders worldwide using reliable courier services such as FedEx, DHL Express, DPD, and InPost for selected destinations. All parcels are delivered directly to the customer’s address.
Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes. Make sure to provide a complete and correct delivery address when placing your order.
Order Processing Time
We need 1–3 working days after payment confirmation to prepare and dispatch your order.
Lowering modules are pre-programmed before shipping and are usually dispatched the same day or the next working day, depending on order volume and courier pickup availability.
Although we accept and process orders online 24/7, our shipping facility works from Monday 10:00 to Friday 18:00 European time. The maximum preparation time for any order is 3 working days.

For the United States, Canada, Australia, Asia, South Korea, the UAE, and other international destinations, FedEx delivery usually takes longer, while DHL Express is often the fastest option.

We use fixed shipping rates depending on the destination and courier.

Tracking Information
After your payment is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number within 1–3 business days.
Tracking details are usually sent as follows:
- FedEx Economy / FedEx Express — tracking information is sent by email.
- DHL Express — tracking is usually provided via SMS notifications and often also by email.
You can track your parcel directly on the official FedEx or DHL website using the tracking number provided.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees depending on the destination country and local regulations.
For most destinations, import duties are usually not charged or remain minimal. However, customers from the United States and Canada may be charged customs duties, usually around $17–$23, depending on the state, province, or carrier processing rules.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional carrier fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
In rare cases, parcels shipped to the United States or Canada may be delayed due to customs clearance. The courier may request additional information from the sender and/or the recipient to complete the delivery process.
Possible Delivery Delays
We always do our best to dispatch orders on time, but delivery delays may occur due to reasons outside our control.
Possible reasons for delay include:
- Public holidays in Poland when courier services are not operating.
- Additional customs checks, especially for shipments to the United States or Canada.
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
- Courier requests for additional delivery confirmation.
- Weather conditions or regional courier restrictions.
If a delay occurs, we recommend checking the tracking page first. If additional support is needed, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue with the courier.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing an order.
If the courier cannot deliver the parcel due to an incorrect or incomplete address, they may contact the customer directly to confirm the delivery details. In most cases, the issue can be resolved through the courier’s tracking page or customer support.
If you notice a mistake in your address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@mwmods.com.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will send a replacement free of charge. Any claim with the carrier will be handled by MWMods.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days after delivery and provide:
- Photos of the parcel as it was delivered.
- Photos of the product inside the parcel.
- A video showing the condition of the product and packaging.
This helps us review the case and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
An order for a lowering module can be cancelled only if it has not been dispatched yet.
If the order has already been shipped, it can be returned according to our Return Policy. In this case, the customer should receive the order, send it back, and provide us with the return tracking number.
After we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
